Nuura App Case Study
1 — About the Project
Nuura is a cycle-aware health companion designed to help users understand their bodies beyond surface-level tracking. The app brings together physical symptoms, emotional patterns, and daily experiences into one intuitive space, translating personal data into meaningful insights over time.
I developed the full brand identity to reflect a more human approach to health; one that prioritises softness, clarity, and trust over clinical or overly feminine stereotypes.
2 — The Challenge
Most health and cycle-tracking apps fall into two extremes: overly clinical and data-heavy, or overly stylised with feminine-coded visuals that can feel limiting or disconnected from real experiences.
The challenge was to create a brand that felt calm, safe, and intelligent; something users could return to daily without feeling overwhelmed, judged, or reduced to symptoms. It needed to hold emotional depth while still feeling structured and easy to navigate.

3 — The Outcome
The final identity positions Nuura as a thoughtful alternative within the health-tech space; one that feels both intelligent and deeply human.
The system is flexible across digital touchpoints, from app interfaces to future brand extensions, while maintaining a consistent sense of calm and trust.
Nuura creates a space where users can better understand their patterns, feel supported in their experiences, and build a more compassionate relationship with their health.
